I just wanted to thank you again for all of your dedication and effort that went into selling my mom's house.  Although the circumstances for us getting together were not pleasant (passing of my mom) the business experience has certainly been a pleasurable one.  Not only did you sell the house at a GREAT price, but you put up with me and all my silly questions and neuroses.  I would  ( and will )  recommend you highly to anyone looking for a real estate broker.  Thanks again for everything!!!

We listed our home 9 months ago with another realtor and it did not sell. Then Hector contacted us with his 1.5% - 2.75% - 4.50% commission plan.  After talking to other realtors, we decided to choose Hector based on his willingness, honesty and his awsome service that no other realtor could match.
